Astronomy at Preston Montford
The Society for Popular Astronomy organise a weekend course each year in November at Preston Montford FSC.
Angela and I attended this year's course and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. We learned much, met a lot of pleasant people and enjoyed some fantastic observing.
The telescope, a Skywatcher Explorer 200 PDS, was not fully aligned because I was not originally going to try any imaging, but it was such a good night that I decided to try high ISO on my dSLRs, so used ISO 4000 for these images.
